To simplify the selection of images we have categorised them as follows:

Licenses and Pricing
We operate a fair trade policy. Individual images are sold at market price while bulk or repeat purchases are rewarded with discounts. The images on this site will indicate the type of license available; these are either Royalty Free (RF) or Rights Managed (RM). Certain images that have not yet been sold may be offered as either RF or RM until sold, at which time the license will be fixed accordingly. If an image has already been licensed on an RM basis we may not be able to license another sale until that license expires - but it depends on the license terms and we will advise you accordingly. Bear in mind that we sell some images via library sites such as Alamy, and therefore keep track of licenses issued by them.
Royalty Free (RF)

RF images are non-exclusive but you may use them however you wish without time limit. Images are licensed on a file size basis as in the following example (Note: pixel sizes will vary with the camera used, but all of our cameras are top quality professional models):

These prices assume a single image purchase. We give discounts for bulk and regular orders so call us please even for a single image purchase.
Rights Managed (RM)

Licensing on a Rights Managed basis will provide the buyer with a high degree of exclusivity of use based on the parameters advised to us. We will need the following information to create the license:
Image use (editorial, advertising etc)
Details of that use ( leaflets etc)
Image size (whole page, ¼ page etc)
Print run ( 10,000, 1million etc)
Placement (front cover, inside etc)
License period (Start date, duration or end date)
Territory (world-wide, region etc)
Country
Product industry
Industry details
At the end of the license period we will contact you to see if you wish to renew the license.

Depending on the assignment we can occasionally accept bookings while we are travelling - though our primary assignment must take precedence. Agenda
We are based in Natal, in the northeast of Brazil, but travel a lot. Our client-base covers 4 continents - all serviced in a timely manner.
We try to plan our shooting assignments a few months in advance. Sometimes our plans have to change. As things stand we expect to be travelling (or not) as follows in 2010:

- MAR - Studio-based in Natal, Brazil plus Europe
2Q10 - APR - Cyprus, Sicily, return to Brazil
3Q10 - JUL to SEP - Studio-based in Natal, plus Amazon tour in SEP, Brazil
4Q10 - OCT to DEC - Studio-based in Natal, Brazil

I tend to agree with that!
[nb - Pará is a state in the North region of Brazil and regarded as the home of açaí. The verb "parar" means to stop, and parou is the past tense of the verb.
Açaí (pronounced ass-eye-ee) is also grown in the states of Amapá, Maranhão e Tocantins ]
Sales: Invoicing and Settlement
Once a license has been arranged we will send the selected images together with a delivery note. An invoice will be sent on confirmation of receipt unless the buyer has an account with us, in which case an invoice covering all purchases made during the month will be sent on the firsta day of the following month
Settlement of invoices should be made on receipt, unless credit terms have been previously agreed, by wire transfer as detailed in the invoice.
